For Frederick, ensuring the team’s associates are providing quality service and expertise is a company-wide commitment. “My role is to oversee daily operations, enhance associate performance and teach industry best practices,” Frederick says. “To continue delivering the best possible service to our customers and stay in front of the industry, we groom our talented associates with our own Academy and training certification program.”

In addition to training its associates, Stewart Title has a team of business development officers who are constantly in front of clients and coordinate continuing education classes that are in high demand. “All of our instructors are practicing professionals with expertise and experience in various areas of the real estate industry, including legal, title, technology, luxury homes, market trends and social media,” Frederick says.
